PocketVet was created by Vets for their clients to educate, assist and maintain animal welfare through the use of technology. PocketVet has a host of features (some content currently only available in certain states – trust us, we’re working as hard as we can to get to everyone!) that aims to centralise all of your pet needs on your phone.

• My Vet – Choose your local Vet (If your vet is not listed, let them know!)
• My Pets – Add your pet details to enable more features in the app like reminders and push notifications
• Pet Care – Non Vet specific pet care tips to maintain animal welfare – updated and maintained by vets.
• Reminders – Set reminders for your pets medical needs
• Directory – GPS enabled local directory for pet related businesses – growing all the time!
• What’s On – Check out events and messages from your local vet
• Contacts – Centralise all your pet related contacts
• Gallery – Take & Store your favourite pet pics
• Off Leash – Find the closest off leash dog parks (currently only available in VIC)

Pet Owners
• Add your Pets details, photos and information.
• Add reminders for birthdays, medicine, de-fleaing, de-worming and more. You’ll be alerted through push notifications, giving you a gentle reminder that your pets can’t.
• Set your local vet as “My Vet” in order to gain instant access to their information, no more fumbling through your phone or address book.
• Check out local events and promotions at your local Vet clinic.
• Email your pets info to someone at the touch of a button, for boarding kennels, or in case of emergency.
• Pet care tips updated and maintained by Veterinarians to assist and maintain the welfare of your pets.
• Find local or online pet related goods and services with an ever growing directory of businesses.
• Add all of your Pet contacts into one place, your dog groomer, boarding kennel, behaviourist etc.
• Add photos of your pets to your gallery.
• Find the closest off leash dog parks (Feature currently only available in Victoria).


Vet Clinics
• Feature your Vet Clinic on PocketVet allowing your customers access to your contact details, after hours emergency numbers, website and more.
• Receive promotional literature, stickers and posters for your clinic.
• Gain access to your own EVENTS listing to keep customers informed about Puppy Pre-Schools, Vaccinations, Social events etc.
• Encourage your customers to add their pets to aid in medical compliance, increased frequency of worming, de-fleaing, heart worm prevention and more.
